Description Overview Tubular heat setting machine used for processing tubular polyester/spandex/lycra fabrics. After processing, customer obtains stable size by high temperature heat setting through the chamber. Fabric is heated in the heating chamber and cooled down when exiting the machine. Key Features Motor blowers incorporate centrifuge blower; air pressure is much bigger inside the heating chamber for better heating results. Special material fabrics stretcher plate avoids hotting the fabrics. Incorporates infeed and exit overfeeding mechanism to control fabric weight and avoid crease. Lengthened heating chambers available; for lycra or spandex fabrics or higher output, manufacturer recommends 3.7-meter or 4.2-meter heating chamber. Double air ducting system for double tube heat setting machine ensures even and stable heat setting. Double tube and double chambers controlled separately to enhance fabric quality and save energy.
