The 4-side edge sewing machine is used for sewing semi-finished products after quilting machine, before carrying out the edging process, sewing the edge line and cutting off the excess part of the edge material.
The edge line is an auxiliary process line, aiming to reduce the operation difficulty caused by the thickness of the edging process and reduce the problem of product thread breakage.

Fabric Storage Assembly
It is used to match the characteristics of the vertical sewing mechanism between quilting machine and 4-side sewing machine, so that the machine can work together in a coordinated manner.
Vertical Sewing Assembly
Steel structure, fastening movable side seam head and cutter assembly, the head of the sewing machine can slide apart in parallel for the convenience of maintenance and also can be manually moved to a service position outside the sewing area.
Left hand and right hand double needle double-chain sewing head, trimming edge device with the relative position can be adjusted.
