    2. Consists of an elevator with reels driven by two side chains
    3. Elevator, partially immersed in the transport channel, separates the herbs and unloads them in a collection box
    4. Made of stainless steel and complete with frame, motorization, pinions and chains
  3. Lift With Porters
    1. To receive the tomato from the underground chute and convey it to the sorting floors
    2. Sturdy structure in Aisi 304 steel section
    3. Perforated mesh belt in white polypropylene with Fda and Usda certification, consisting of reinforced, high resistance porters with height 101 mm, connected to each other by means of a special 8 mm pin in Aisi 304 stainless steel
    4. Porters width: 1357 mm
    5. Useful transport width: 1200 mm
    6. Porters pitch: 200 mm
    7. Special perforation of the porters allows easy draining of the water
    8. Z16 sprockets with 250 mm pitch are applied to the solid 40x40 mm square section stainless steel pins, which allow the belt to be pulled
    9. Side rails, unloading hopper and collection apron in shaped sheet in Aisi 304 stainless steel
    10. Motorization consisting of 3 kw variable speed motor with remote control
    11. Elevator complete with a tank for its feeding, built in Aisi 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 25/10 mm with feet, complete with overflow and drain valve, of dimensions: length 1600 mm, width 1100 mm
  4. Roller Sorting Table
    1. For the visual inspection of fresh tomatoes
    2. Sturdy structure in tubular section in Aisi 304 stainless steel
    3. Conveyor belt composed of stainless steel rollers diameter 88.9 mm, mounted on nylon terminals applied on a special tempered steel chain P 101.6 R = 47.5
    4. Sorting plan complete with two side platforms and a central one for operators
    5. Access stairs are lateral to the platforms, stainless steel handrails, aluminum treads
    6. Positioned in the middle of the sorting table, a channel with water allows the waste tomato to be evacuated outside
    7. In the initial and inclined part there is a shower for washing the tomato with water jets
    8. Side rails, aprons and shaped hopper in 15/10 stainless steel
    9. Motorization consisting of 5.5 kw variable speed motor with crown, pinion and chain
    10. Sizes: sorting table length 3000 mm approximately, roller width 1200 mm approximately
    11. Length of inclined part approximately 2000 mm, max length 6000 mm approximately
  5. Hopper With "Mono" Type Feeding Pump
    1. Capacity up to 30 tons per hour of tomato
    2. Hopper receives the tomato from the roller sorting and functions as a feeding lung for the mono pump for feeding the tomato to the hot break plant
    3. Hopper made of shaped sheet in Aisi 304 stainless steel and is directly flanged on the mono pump
    4. Hopper equipped with level control
    5. Mono pump allows a production of 30 tons per hour
    6. Carbon steel base
    7. Hydraulic motovariator with remote pneumatic control
  6. Hot Break
    1. Unit for the production of shredded hot break with the following characteristics
    2. Production capacity (shredded tomato): 30 tons per hour
    3. Maximum working temperature: 98 °C
    4. Steam consumption: 4800 kg per hour
    5. Air consumption: 8 nmc per hour
    6. Water consumption (seals cooling): 4 mc per hour
    7. Installed power: 100 hp
    8. Unit allows, depending on the operating conditions, to obtain a hot break or cold break final product
    9. If used to obtain hot break, there will be a complete inactivation of the pectolytic enzymes due to an almost instantaneous increase in temperature
    10. If it is desired to regulate the operating temperature to values lower than that previously said, and in particular in the range of maximum activity of the enzymes, it will be possible to have a cold break product of the desired consistency
    11. If the operating conditions suitable for obtaining a hot break product are selected, the following advantages can be achieved: increased juice extraction yield compared to traditional systems; limitation and practical elimination of whey separation phenomena (syneresis) compared to concentrates produced with traditional systems; strong increase in viscosity and consistency of the final concentrated product
    12. Unit consists of: a stainless steel high temperature product collection and holding tank; a centrifugal pump made of stainless steel for the parts in contact with the product, suitable for ensuring a recirculation of the product such as to allow instant heating of the tomato introduced into the system; a heat exchanger, tested by I.S.P.S.L., suitable for maintaining the product at the desired temperature; a mono pump for the
