Overview
This machine is mainly used for stentering, setting, and finishing cotton fabric, poly-cotton fabric, polyester fabric, jeans, and canvas after desizing, mercerizing, and coating.
Suitable for fabrics 100 to 500 gsm.
Machine direction: left-hand or right-hand machine.
Process flow: open-width feeding fabric → fabric tensioning device → infrared centering device → two-roller padder → photoelectric weft straightener → rectifying deviation, expanding, spreading device → screw thread spreading roller → front overfeeding device → four-finger edge uncurler → infrared ray rack detecting edge → pinning on → 8 chambers natural gas setting → one group of cold wind cooling → pinning off → back overfeeding → two cold water rollers → open-width swinging doffing / winding type doffing.

Main drive motor is from ABB, the motors of circulating fans of chambers are from Wuxi “Hengda”.
Machine Constructions
Feeding frame: made of welded C-steel of 180 x 60 x 6 mm, equipped with one set of TM10 fabric tightening device, one set of infrared centering device.
Infrared centering device: composed of three spreading rollers and two centering rollers. Three spreading rollers driven by motor, the operation direction is in the opposite direction of fabric running direction, thus fully spread the textiles; one of the roller’s position can be adjusted, wrap angle of textiles can be adjusted to get ideal spreading efficiency; centering function is detected by infrared probe and feedback to centering device to drive 2 centering rollers, move left and right to rectify deviation of fabric, ensure fabrics still running in the middle position.
Two-roller padder: the padder is controlled by two pieces of Φ350 mm NBR roller, going up and pressing down controlled by two air cylinders, equipped with down against type stainless steel groove, power of main motor is 7.5 kW. Seller provides one set of swinging type tensioning frame.
Photoelectric weft straightener: photoelectric detecting system can detect weft yarn which has deviation compared to normal condition; special full digital transmission technology sends the signal to the computer undistorted; according to the deviation, computer weft straightening to the minimum level of skewing and bowed weft. During the operation, if the textile kinds are changed, the whole machine can automatically adjust according to fabric kind, convenient for operation.
Feeding fabric machine head box: there are electric operation control buttons on the machine head, equipped with two sets of touch screens; one set displays fans rotation speed and whole machine drive etc., one set displays temperature of each chamber and temperature set etc.
Thread spreading roller: under the rectifying deviation roller installed one piece of Φ125 mm spreading roller, motor 1.5 kW. Fully separate the fabric edge to avoid curling, and convenient for pinning on.
Overfeeding: there is front and back overfeeding device, diameter of overfeeding roller is Φ155 mm; doffing box has doffing overfeeding device, overfeeding roller diameter Φ155 mm, driven by 2.2 kW motor through reducer, frequency conversion control, to reduce shrinking amount of setting width. By changing the motor speed to change overfeeding quantity, better to pin on.
Rectifying deviation, expanding, spreading device: rectifying deviation roller is set by Φ125 mm stainless steel guide roller before overfeeding roller; left and right end of rectifying deviation roller are moving on the horizontal level to incline the roller, then rectify the fabric skewing; manual lead screw drives the movement of rectifying roller.
Four-finger uncurling device: four uncurling devices are respectively set before infrared probe on left and right feeding guide rails; it is driven by motors to drive four thread fingers, thus fabric edges can be fully spreading before clipping on; rotating the relative position of two pairs of thread fingers to change wrap angle of textiles on thread fingers to get the best uncurling result, more convenient for pinning on.
Infrared ray detecting edge guiding device: fabric during feeding process, if the fabrics deflect to the left and right, detecting edge guiding device can control the first section of guide rail to move following the fabric defecting on the left and right, keep fabric correct pinning on. The infrared ray detecting edge device is composed of two pieces of infrared sensors (probe), one piece of controller, two sets of actuators. Working principle: when the fabric is on the left or right position of the infrared probe, infrared amplifier output corresponding.
