Double belt oven with cooling part: 3 heating chambers and 2 cooling chambers.
This machine completes the web bonding and finishing system, which is part of a complete nonwoven process.
Normally follows the side cutting and suction immediately after with cutting section.
The web airlaid/cross lapped and cutting and suction unit is fed into this machine, which is preliminary bonded.
It melts the low melt fiber thoroughly and thermal bonds the fiber into felt, then feeds into the finish section.
Heat flow can be adjusted in all chambers to ensure the right amount of heat flows deep inside the fabric.
The web is clamped into the heating room through a Teflon belt according to the set spacing, and dried through hot air, which plays a role in setting and solidifying the fabric.
