Description

  2. Operation
    1. Consists of three cutting units that cut polyurethane foam.
    2. Raw material is fed to the feeding conveyor belt, which takes it to the loading tunnel.
    3. In the loading tunnel, foam is fed to the first cutting section.
    4. First cutting section cuts raw material into flakes, then directs them to a chute by a conveyor.
    5. Cut foam is processed by the second cutting section, where pieces are cut in the second plane.
    6. From the second cutting section, cut foam is transported by lower and upper conveyors to the third cutting section.
    7. Cut polyurethane foam is sucked out by the packing station, which places the product in bags.
