Automatic pillowcase production line mainly used in the processing of semi-finished pillowcases.
Two layers of fabric feed into the machine, on three sides cut and sew, and leave a small opening on one side for filling later.
Features
The production line is the combination of feeding mechanism, both sides edge sewing mechanism, both sides sealed sewing mechanism, single side cross-sewing mechanism and collecting mechanism.
Feeding mechanism consists of: material running out detection, unit standalone material buffer and storage, fabrics deflected correction, edges cutting and waste collection, connecting fabric rolls function.
Both sides edge sewing mechanism: provide continuous sewing processing for pillowcase continuous production. Both sides with symmetric overlock machine heads. Cutting waste collection, thread broken detection.
Both sides sealed sewing mechanism: sewing with sealed processing for the open side. This mechanism uses lockstitch sewing machine for fixed length sewing, coming with start and stop stitches for reinforced sewing, sealing size can be set, auto thread trimming, etc.
Single side cross-sewing mechanism: overlock stitch machine head cut and sew at the same time on the other side of pillowcase, makes the finishing cut, then does the stitching procedures. This mechanism main featured: precision control with servo, with automatic thread trimming, simultaneous cutting, sewing and pressing work modes, broken threads detection for bobbin and upper thread, etc.
Exit mechanism: manipulator works with cross-sewing machine to complete the fixed-length material cut and forwarding, sewing and collecting processed.
Machine is fully servo controlled; control system can be customized features per customer requirement.
