Mainly used for pillow and cushion filling with normal opened polyester fiber and micro fiber.
The whole line can be handled by only 1 operator by vacuum filling system.

The whole line is controlled by Siemens PLC program.
Anti-stuck system is arranged to the fine opening machine which is self-protected not to get stuck by too much fiber.

The down-like ball fiber machine is mainly used to make raw material fiber into ball fiber which is used to fill pillows, cushions, and garments, etc.
The whole line is assembled with bale breaker, pre-opening blower, fiber feeding blower, vibration hopper, ball fiber machine, output hopper, and sending blower.
It can be handled by only 1 operator adjusted by PLC control system according to different system proposal requirements.
It is able to make finest conjugate siliconized polyester fiber 2D and able to pass the highest washing testing rule in the world market such as Decathlon and Ikea productions, etc.
