Description Overview Purpose: Setting, stiffening, and brightening various shaped mesh belt. This machine can be used to size and set mesh belts at the same time to improve the quality. It can process one to four belts simultaneously. Two electric heat stainless steel setting rollers are available. Electric heat tube heating and gas burning heating are for options. The heating is quick and temperature is stable. The temperature can be set according to quality requirement. The speed of belt feeding and tension can be adjusted. The belt outlet is controlled with variable frequency adjustable speed. It is not easy to roll belt and the operation is simple. Gas burning heating employs advanced electronic ignition system and electromagnetic valve control. The burning is complete and has no pollution. The temperature can be set and the operation is safe. Special Device The heating capacity can be selected and the heating roller can be customized. Note: 1/4 hp or above air compressor is necessary.
