Compression seal packaging machine used for compressing and sealing fluffy items such as pillows, space quilts, cushions, and clothing.
By fully compressing the volume of the packaging object, it reduces storage space and achieves sealing, moisture-proof, and anti-pollution effects.
Available in single position compression type (suitable for single, large compression, medium and small quantity packaging) and double station compression type (suitable for double, small compression, large quantity packaging).

Operation Panel Description
Right operation button 1 enters the system.
After entering the system, the interface shows time setting, sealing preloading time setting, heating time setting, cooling time setting (four time setting functions), as well as single action, return to home page, and production statistics reset functions.
Time setting accuracy is 0.1 second, with a setting range of 0.1 to 20 seconds.
For the first time setting, press the set key to enter the required time; use the < or > key for shift input, then press ent to confirm. The system automatically saves the last set value by default.
Single action is available via button 4.
Working Process
In standby mode, when the foot switch is activated (simplex with only the main work foot switch), the program automatically starts.
Lower pressure: from the set time value to 0.0, time to step 2.
Prepress: reduce from set value to 0.0, time to step 3.
Heat seal: from the set value down to 0.0, time to step 4.
Cooling: from the set value down to 0.0, time to step 5.
Rise: return to standby status.
Emergency stop: press the emergency stop switch during work to stop and return to standby mode.
Instruction
Connect to 220 volt power supply, which must also be grounded.
Release the emergency stop switch (if there are 2 stations, each main substation has one).
Close the power switch located on the main operating table.
Choose the working mode (manual/automatic) through the work position selection switch on the main work position.
Set the pressure time.
Set preloading time.
Set the heat sealing time.
Set cooling time.
Safety Protection and Precautions
Installation should be stable and firm, avoiding resonance or vibration, and avoiding moisture or rain.
The machine has a ground wire; please use it to earth.
The power supply must use a special circuit, and the voltage should be consistent with the rated voltage value of the equipment.
It is forbidden to open the front and rear baffles during work to prevent electric shock.
Do not keep hands on the seal during work to prevent scalding or pressing.
Do not push the body and head into the activity area of the pressure plate during work; the pressure of the device pressure plate can reach 1.5 tons to prevent pressure injury.
Please power off the machine after use.
Equipment Maintenance
Ensure the drying of the heat sealing device and avoid packaging products containing moisture.
Each bearing shall be lubricated periodically to ensure lubrication.
Do not put the machine upside down or tilt it.
