The computer detects the diameter, length and number of turns of the pan head in real time to ensure that the diameter of the pan head (outer perimeter) and the length of the meter are the same.
The tension roller implements the PID closed-loop adjustment tension to ensure the yarn tension is stable.
High calculation accuracy, with super alarm function.
Online correction warping parameters: the master head can correct the warping length, the child head can trim the outer perimeter and meter length.
The disk head is loaded and unloaded by a pneumatic brake, and the roller brake uses an electric brake.
Flexible and convenient operation, can be simulated disk head preparation.
