This machine is used for laying single layer of fiber web output by carding machine into several layers of webs till certain adjustable height and width for next procedure.
It has four parts of feeding conveyor, cycle conveyor, back and forth conveyor and bottom conveyor.
It can make fiber layers go through each part with minimum speed difference and lifting by adjusting each part separately.

Output width: ≤2000 mm
Paving speed: ≤45 meters per minute
Output speed: 1 to 15 meters per minute
Structure Details
The main structure uses steel plate Q235-A of 8 mm thick with folded edges, to ensure no vibration when working.
Paving is set with sections, each controlled by frequency conversion independently, to ensure fiber layers are smooth and flat; the control signal for back and forth is sectional course switch.
Lapper wheel is nylon, driven by timing belt without noise.
The motor of feeding conveyor, cycle conveyor, back and forth conveyor and bottom conveyor all adjusted by inverters. The height of bottom conveyor can be adjusted up and down by motor.
The feeding conveyor and mid conveyor are anti static PVC; others are all made of aluminium rods.
Power
The speed of 1.5 kW motor for feeding conveyor is adjusted by inverter.
The speed of 1.5 kW motor for cycle conveyor is adjusted by inverter.
The speed of 3 kW motor for back and forth conveyor is adjusted by inverter.
The speed of 1.5 kW motor for bottom conveyor is adjusted by inverter.
