Maintenance
The lubricating oil of the reducer should be changed every six months.
The heating oil machine should be replaced with 350# heat transfer oil every six months.
The hydraulic oil tank should be replaced with n46 or n32 anti-wear hydraulic oil every six months.
Check the hydraulic oil tank and hot oil tank at least once a month to remove grease, remove impurities, and add enough lubricating oil and heat transfer oil.
Lubricating oil must be added to bearings, screws, etc. every shift.
The chain should be checked every shift to ensure normal lubrication and timely tensioning.
Check whether the connecting parts and fasteners are loose or falling off every shift, and fasten them in time.
Check whether there is oil leakage at the connections of the oil pump, oil cylinder, distribution valve, oil pipe, etc. every shift.
