Overview
Plc control system that the whole line can be adjusted by only 1 operator.
High efficiency: 200 to 240 pcs/h (different model of machine production will be different).
Weighing System
Plc control, touch screen setting parameters.
Electronic weighing, accurate weight.
The pillow weight parameter is convenient to set up.
Whole course monitoring, alarm cue.
Weight error alert.
Weight error: 15 g, weighing range: 200 g to 1500 g.
Quantitative error < 15 g.
Filling Units
The vacuum filling machine in which the empty pillow cover is placed closes hermetically, allowing an even distribution of the weighed opened fibers into the pillow covers through a high-pressure turbine.
Vacuum high pressure turbine (fan): allowing to suck and distribute the fibers into the pillow cover.
Application of various kinds of fabrics.
Fiber Feeder (Bale Breaker)
You can put 250 to 300 kg raw material into the fiber feeder (bale breaker).
Optoelectronic control, uniform feed.
Weighing and Opening Machine
The speed of weighing is fast and the effect of opening is good.
