Description
Overview
Suitable for cutting foam, foam with fabric, and cloth (such as mattress leftover material), memory foam, latex foam (foam rubber) into regularly shaped pieces to make filling materials and rebound foam.
Produces uniform foam articles with adjustable length from 5 to 20 mm.
No dust generated when cutting.
Can be combined with other machines into a complete production line.
Model Differences
J-20-A (two knives): standard blade thickness is 10 mm (customizable), finished product thickness cannot be controlled and is determined by raw material thickness; material thickness for cutting less than 50 mm.
J-20-B (three knives): controls length, width, and height of the particle; slices thick material, then cuts into strips, then into little pieces; material thickness for cutting less than 150 mm.
