  2. Carding Fiber Production Line

  3. Technical Process of Carding Production Line
    1. Bale opener (electrical weighing) → pre-opener → vibration feeder → single cylinder, double doffer carding machine → cross lapper.
  4. Bale Opener (Electrical Weighing)
    1. The machine is used to pre-open bale-packed fiber, and then transfer the fiber to the next working procedure according to a certainty percentage, with electronic weighing system.
