  2. Fabric Entering Assembly
    1. Overhead fabric entering arrangement from plaited fabrics with swivel tension device, high entry guide roll and tension bars are provided; pneumatic cloth guider will be provided
    2. Pre-drying zone: one stainless steel cylinder of 22” diameter (14 SWG) on pedestal and ball bearing free movement with necessary syphon and rotary joint, with flexible rubber hoses for steam inlet and condensate outlet; the pre-heating cylinder is arranged before the brushing unit to remove moisture and help protruding fibers stand up for uniform singeing
  3. Pre-Cleaning Unit
    1. Brush box unit with 4 brush rollers with nylon bristles, 190 mm diameter, running in heavy-duty pedestals; brush rollers rotate opposite to cloth passage so both fabric surfaces contact the brushes
    2. Brush encased in air tight steel casing, driven by one 2 HP AC motor
    3. Fluff collecting fan with 5 HP exhaust fan; efficient duct system across full machine width collects fluff and exhausts it
  4. Gas Singeing Unit
    1. Four jet burners with mild steel bodies and corrugated stainless steel strips for uniform blue flame
    2. Burners designed for cooling by water circulation
    3. Pneumatic adjustment of flame width according to fabric width
    4. Water-cooling rolls running on self-alignment ball bearings
    5. Special type doll heads for feeding and discharging cooling water on the cooling rolls
    6. Auto flame stopping device
    7. Equal distribution of mixture by expansion compression chambers
    8. Exit of gas air mixture from helical type corrugated strip
    9. Contribution of gas air mixture with specially formed chamber
    10. Burner position changes automatically in case of power failure to avoid fire; eliminates risk of fabric burning
    11. Adjustable burner position: distance between burner and fabric can be adjusted according to singeing requirement
    12. Auto ignition system for firing burners with electrodes and transformer
    13. Automatic burner tilting to prevent operational mistake or human error
    14. Guide rolls near each burner are Teflon coated and water cooled
    15. Burner flame or burner can be moved horizontally (near to or away from fabric)
    16. Burners can be tilted at 90° (rotating at 90°) so when machine stops, burners rotate to avoid fire hazards
  5. Tangential Singeing
    1. The singeing flame touches the passing fabric only tangentially; the flame attacks only protruding fiber ends; suitable for lightweight materials, heat sensitive fabrics, and leveling fabrics with broken filaments (synthetic cloth)
  6. Singeing on to a Water-Cooled Roller
    1. Flame bounces on the fabric at a 90° angle; fabric is guided on a water-cooled roller to avoid flame penetration; fabric remains cool during singeing, eliminating thermal damage to temperature sensitive synthetic fibers; recommended for all blended and synthetic fabrics and fabrics with open structure
  7. Singeing on to the Free Guided Fabric
    1. Burner flame bounces rectangular on the freely guided fabric for the most intensive singeing; suitable for fabrics from natural and regenerated fibers and heavy materials from all fiber types
  8. Turbo Air Booster
    1. One turbo air booster with totally enclosed electric AC motor of 5 HP with starter
  9. Waste Exhaust
    1. One 3 HP exhaust blower on top of the singeing unit with necessary ducting to suck waste after the process
  10. Loose Selvedge Fire Off Device
    1. For quick fire off of loose burning selvedge after the singeing head: one nip with MS hard chromed bottom roll with water circulation and top rubber roll with pneumatic cylinder and lever; necessary air connection and panels provided
  11. Beating Unit
    1. Beating box unit with 2 beating rollers, 190 mm diameter, with 6 stainless steel channels across the face length for beating fabrics; both fabric surfaces contact the beaters; depth of impingement set with hand wheel adjustment
    2. Rollers encased in air tight steel casing, driven by one 2 HP AC motor; fluff collecting duct with 3 HP exhaust fan
  12. Quenching Box
    1. Quenching unit with stainless steel tank fabricated from SS 316 quality 3 mm sheets; one 150 mm diameter SS roll inside the tank; direct steam heating system provided inside the tank
  13. Impregnation Compartment
    1. Closed impregnation tank fabricated from SS 316 3 mm sheets with 5 SS guide rolls (150 mm diameter) inside the tank running on bearings, and 5 SS guide rollers on top of the tank running in ball bearings
    2. Indirect steam heating arrangement and overflow device on one side with drain connection; operative pipelines with respective valves (steam valve, steam trap, etc.) to operate the devices
  14. Draw Nip Unit
    1. One draw nip unit with two bowls: one synthetic rubber and one ebonite bowl, each 254 mm diameter, running in heavy duty
