  1. Item 001: Sizing Machine
    1. Overview: Our special series sizing machines are appropriate for sizing of cotton yarn, polyester-cotton yarn, and blending fiber. We have two-unit, five-unit, seven-unit, and nine-unit sizing machines. Driving control can be either Siemens servo color or Japanese inverter control. Our machine can be designed based on customer’s actual situation and to satisfy customer’s requirements.

    7. Headstock: Large package headstock with adjustable width, inverter motor winding with servo control. Beam can do positive and negative winding, applicable to the requirements of double beam broad width looms. The winding tension of beam is stepless set, and maximum tension is 60 kN. It is applicable to various kinds of looms, and winding diameter can be displayed on the touch screen. The processing parameters are controlled by computer with simple operation. The doffing speed is 0.5 m/min, nonstop beam changing, and continuously sizing without hard size. Lifting and doffing of beam, beam pressing, measuring roller, tension roller, expansion reed and other actions are incorporated pneumatic control.
    8. Drying room: Incorporating Φ800 mm stainless steel drying cylinders, driving by separate groups, and pre-drying cylinders are coated with Teflon. Wet yarn can be delivered into drying room by two layers, or only one layer. Equipped with temperature auto control to achieve the drying requirements. Independently driven by servo or inverter motor, tension and elongation auto control. Incorporating stainless steel hood with axial flow fan to dehumidify.
    9. Size box: Box wall is made of steel plate and the shell is stainless steel made. Incorporates multiple sizing method, double-dip-double-nip, single-dip-double-nip and so on. Incorporating pneumatic pressing, the maximum pressure is 40 kN. Main size box and side size box are integrated. The size is circulation counter current, size viscosity and temperature are stable.
    10. Beam creel: The users can select different types of creel. Creel is double layer, each group has 4 beam position. Incorporating pneumatic control of unwinding tension to achieve constant tension.
    11. Electrical apparatus control system: The machine incorporates servo motor or inverter to drive in different unit. Combine computer and motors by PLC to achieve high precision control. Incorporating computer to set tension, elongation, squeezing pressure and other parameters. Yarn moisture is auto controlled and displayed on the screen. Box temperature and drying temperature are auto controlled.
  2. Item 002: Slasher Dyeing Machine
    1. Overview: This type slasher dyeing machine is mainly developed to suit improvement of denim fabric. Based on years of experience to design and produce sizing machine, combine with domestic and overseas advanced technology of slasher dyeing machine, our company studied and produced this advanced model of machine. Our machine incorporates integration of machinery, electric and instrument, equipped with processing parameters, online testing and control display system. This machine not only can do cold indigo dye from light color to deep color under normal temperature but also can do sulfur and direct heating dyeing, as well as two types overdye. It is appropriate for beams on various types of looms and domestic and overseas.

    8. Drying room: Incorporating drying cylinder with diameter of 800 mm, temperature auto control, driving independently by inverter motor, pre-drying cylinders are coated with Teflon.
    9. Size box: This slasher dyeing machine incorporating either double-dip-nip two size boxes, or triple-dip-triple-nip single size box. Linear squeezing pressure with size temperature auto control and driving independently by inverter motor.
    10. Accumulator: Accumulator can incorporate either hammer type or hydraulic type to achieve tension requirement for different types of yarn. Gear and rack go up and down synchronously to ensure a stable lifting of yarn. Yarn storage amount has alarm and stop function to ensure a safety running of machine.
    11. Dyeing part: Dyeing / washing tank incorporates stainless steel plate, roller inside has diameter of 180 mm, two upper and three lower set. Padder incorporates import gas bag pressing of film cylinder pressing, pressure of 10 ton. Upper roller is rubber roller and lower roller is stainless-steel roller with chrome coating. The padder equips with one set of 4 kW motor. Oxidation roller has a diameter of 180 mm, it can be smooth roller or start roller. Each oxidation frame equips with a flying roller. It can be either parallel type which is on the ground or elevated type which is on the top of dyeing tank. Equip with several circulation system and dosing system, the flow meter incorporates German import brand Endress-Hauser.
    12. Beam creel: The users can select different types of creel. Creel is double layer; each group has 4 beam position. Incorporating pneumatic control of unwinding tension to achieve constant tension.
    13. Electrical control: The whole machine incorporates inverter control. Variable frequency winding of beam with a constant tension. Equipped with touch screen to make a centralized control of operating and processing parameters. Auto control of yarn unwinding tension. Auto control of yarn dyeing tension. Auto control of dyeing temperature. Auto control of drying temperature. Auto control of size temperature. Auto control of squeezing pressure to increase linearly.
