Overview
Semi-automatic rewinding machine with web guide, slitting unit, and perforation unit, 2500 mm width, with inline slitters (can be 8 to 12 slitters).
Mainly used for re-winding and trimming of various papers, paper-plastic composites, film, and other decorative materials as well as packaging materials.
Features
Incorporates servo fixed length feeding to maintain high precision during high speed rewinding.
PLC touch screen automatically counts meters; meter length can be automatically set.
Round blade / razor knife slitting (slitting unit is online with machine, includes 8 blades).
Pneumatic automatic feeding, feeding and discharging stations with air expansion shaft.
Automatic cutting, length setting, pre-feeding (rewinding) to rewind.
