Design Features
Patented “v-rotor” design utilizes a v-groove rotor closely matched to grooves in the counter-knife to ensure uniform discharge free of splinters, reduce friction, and dedicate more horsepower to grinding
(68) welded knife holders, recessed concave cutters with low clearance over the rotor to extend cutter life, protect the bolts, and reduce machine wear
Drop out discharge, lift up door for easy purge cleaning when used in plastics application
Hydraulic serrated ram optimizes feed pressure by monitoring rotor motor amperage, lateral force on the ram is minimized by a unique “u-joint” mounting system
Hydraulic clutch enables motor to start with the hopper full
