Target Production

Process Description
Raw material lab controls: for every raw materials load received, the laboratory should verify if the raw material is specific in compliance with specs provided in the paragraph 3. Only when raw material is approved from the lab it can be sent to the production. Testing methods are specified in the lab manual
Raw material storage: the storage of polymer and flakes is done into buyer’s silos located within the local production. The acrylic resin and the melamine are usually delivered by suppliers in jerry cans 1000 l/each. Some storage tanks must be installed with an autonomy of at least 10 hours. It is essential that resins are stored at temperatures in a range from + 15° C to + 35° C
Feeding of granules or flakes: from the buyer’s storage silo the chips and the flakes are transferred pneumatically to the crystallizer
Crystallization: under the combined effect of temperature, time, and mechanical agitation, the amorphous pet passes to a crystalline molecular structure. The main function of the crystallization is to avoid subsequent heating, the bonding between elements
Drying: the drying process is achieved by blowing through the material some hot air previously dehumidified with temperature and time frames. The system is controlled automatically

The following manuals are supplied in English language: layout drawing, floor load drawing, one set of electrical schematics for each machine, HMI operation manual, electrical drawings, lubrication/service manual, safety documents, spare part list
Net production remarks: the production capacity of the proposed equipment depends on the production parameters such as fineness and nature of the raw material, product width, weight in g/m², needling density in punches/cm², and draft in the line under different working conditions. Production and performance levels are influenced by factors out of the control of the machine manufacturer, such as the raw material selection, the environmental conditions (humidity, temperature...), the experience, training and skill of the operators, and correct settings for each product
