Operating Procedures
Put the a1/cu foil on the vacuum plate, power on, turn on the vacuum, a1/cu foil adsorbed on the vacuum plate.
Place the film applicator on the a1/cu foil.
Start coating, the push rod automatically pushes the film applicator to move and automatically coat the film.
Take out the film applicator and push rod, cover the heating cover, set the heating temperature and time, and conduct heating and drying.
After drying, open the heating cover, take out the electrode after coating, then reset the film applicator.
Maintenance Methods and Matters Needing Attention
Before using, carefully wipe the coating head and body with a soft cloth dipped in alcohol to keep it clean.
The coating head, differentiator and other high-precision parts do not collision, handle with care, the differentiator should be symmetrical and uniform when adjusting.
Regularly check screws, nuts, pins and other fasteners in various parts to prevent loosening and prevent product quality accidents.
