Each bale breaker is equipped with double horizontal conveyor and can be loaded with full bales, on any dimension and weight.
The system can consist of up to 5 single bale openers with a precise level of accuracy and a high production rate.
Accuracy and high production rate are achieved by the solution with electronic weighing system based on tensometers installed on weighing baskets or on special mounted weighing bases.
The process starts with the opening of the fibers and their mixing.
The material that leaves the system is conveyed inside the ST-1000 opener or can be controlled directly by the fan.

Construction Details
The opening of the belts is done by a spiked lattice PVC apron, driven by an inverter.
The doffing roller and the stripping roller are of accurate diameter and are driven by an individual gear motor controlled by the frequency inverter.
