Description
Overview
Designed and constructed for in-line recycling of lateral edge trims of needled and thermal bonded non-woven products.
Can also work as an individual device and can be equipped with an additional feeding transporter.
Main advantages include a solid compact design and savings of post-production wastes that can be recycled and re-used.
Construction
Made up of feed roller and main drum clothed with rigid wire.
Versions available with main drum fitted with aluminium pins or plywood lags, depending on type of recycled materials.
Speed Control
Speed of the feeding unit and working rollers is controlled by frequency inverter to synchronize machine speed to the line or adapt to the processed raw material.
