Description
Overview
The edge trim opener is used to reclaim fibres from edge trim wastes resulting from needle punching, thermobonding or other production methods by enabling the recycling of textile wastes and re-processing large savings of the raw material.
The machine is able to operate in the following configurations: in the complete production line equipped with pneumatic transport, coupled with the line feeding system; with individual extraction by the transport fan.
Designed solutions make it possible to adjust the arrangement of the drums depending on the thickness of the opened materials, resulting in optimal, even flow of the material between the feeding roller and the main drum.
