Description

  1. Overview
    1. Natural gas hot blast stove and pressure spray dryer system.
    2. The pressure spray drying cooling granulator uses a pressure atomizer to atomize solution or slurry into fine droplets via a diaphragm pump, increasing surface area for rapid heat exchange with hot air to produce powder or fine particle products.
    3. Fast drying speed, especially suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
    4. Products are spherical particles with uniform particle size, good fluidity and solubility, high purity and quality.
    5. Wide range of use: hot air drying, granulation, cooling granulation, spray crystallization, spray reaction, etc.
    6. Can be equipped with fine powder return and re-wet agglomeration system to meet particle size requirements.
    7. Operation is simple and stable; control is convenient and easy to automate; particle size, bulk density and water content are adjustable within a range.
    8. Special granulation nozzle for melting and cooling granulation tower can produce 0.5 to 3 mm particles for materials such as stearic acid, rubber additives and paraffin.
  2. Process Flow
