Overview
Natural gas hot blast stove and pressure spray dryer system.
The pressure spray drying cooling granulator uses a pressure atomizer to atomize solution or slurry into fine droplets via a diaphragm pump, increasing surface area for rapid heat exchange with hot air to produce powder or fine particle products.
Fast drying speed, especially suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
Products are spherical particles with uniform particle size, good fluidity and solubility, high purity and quality.
Wide range of use: hot air drying, granulation, cooling granulation, spray crystallization, spray reaction, etc.
Can be equipped with fine powder return and re-wet agglomeration system to meet particle size requirements.
Operation is simple and stable; control is convenient and easy to automate; particle size, bulk density and water content are adjustable within a range.
Special granulation nozzle for melting and cooling granulation tower can produce 0.5 to 3 mm particles for materials such as stearic acid, rubber additives and paraffin.
Process Flow
Feeding system: raw material to storage tank to high pressure pump to nozzle to drying chamber.
Air intake system: fresh air to filter to fan to natural gas boiler to hot air to drying room.
Receiving system: cone body receiving in drying chamber to secondary cyclone discharge to bag filter receiving to induced draft fan.
Electrical master control system.
Design Conditions
Feed liquid: material name is ceramic powder; yield is 600 kg/h.
Process conditions: atomization method is pressure type; droplet and hot air contact method is parallel flow.
Heat exchanger: 1 unit; heat supply 250 × 10⁴ kcal/h, high temperature section is 20S, rest made of Q235; domestic advanced jet heat transfer technology.
System assembly structure: 1 unit; connects air ducts, chimneys, etc.
Heat exchanger blower: 1 unit; Q235.
Inlet air regulating valve: 1 unit; Q235, follows the blower.
Flue gas induced draft fan: 1 unit; Q235.
Induced air regulating valve: 1 unit; follows the blower.
