  3. System Description
    1. This system is designed for open convection drying system, gear drive centrifugal atomization, micro-negative centrifugal operation.
    2. The dry medium (air) is filtered by the primary filter and the medium filter.
    3. The hot air stove heats the air to the temperature required by the process and then enters the hot air volute.
    4. Under the control of the hot air distributor, it spirally enters the drying chamber.
    5. The feed liquid is conveyed by the screw pump to the centrifugal atomizer, which disperses the feed liquid into small groups of fog drops, which are fully contacted with the hot air and spiral settled, and dry in the spiral settlement process.
    6. The solid matter in the feed liquid forms powder, which is discharged from the cone bottom of the drying chamber, and the water solvent in the feed liquid generates water vapor.
    7. Under the suction of the induced draft fan, the product is collected by the cyclone separator, the trace dust is blocked by the water film dust collector, and the clean water vapor is discharged out of the system.
    8.
