  4. Mixing & Bale Opener
    1. Application: Conveying belt feeds the raw material; by three mixing rollers and conveying belt forms a feed system for the raw material, it can mix two or more kinds of raw materials evenly.
    2. Working width: 1800 mm.
    3. Capacity: ≥ 500 kg/h.
    4. Power: 8.5 kW.
    5. The two sides of the frame are made of high-quality steel plate welding, the middle is supported by a section of steel, stable structure.

  5. Opener
    1. Application: After the raw materials of single or multiple specifications are initially opened and mixed by the machine, they are input into the next process through the fiber fan.

    5. The equipment is composed of a feeding flat conveyor, fiber feeding rollers, opening rollers, fans for fiber transmission conduit (metal removing device can be added inside), and transmission mechanism.

    7. Angle pin inclined conveyor is made of wood nail strip, and 3# angle steel is used as support.
    8. A horizontal wood slat conveyor before and after the angle pin inclined conveyor, the linear speed of the front horizontal conveyor is synchronized with the feed before the carding machine, and the rear horizontal conveyor is the web transmission conveyor.

  7. C1D2 Carding Machine
    1. Features: All the rollers of the machine are treated by tempering and qualitative treatment, and then precision processed. The wallboard is made of cast iron, the card clothing is made of domestic high quality card clothing, and equipped with a suction device, which can reduce the time to clean the machine, it provides the advantages of good carding ability and high yield.
