Overview
Incorporates efficient heat exchanger and special air path structure to make full use of waste heat combustion fuel gas, improving heat utilization rate, good environmental protection index, saves fuel and shortens cremation time.
New refractory materials (exclusive formula) that are resistant to high temperature with low specific heat, greatly extending the service life.
Special casting material, high temperature resistance, long service life; shortens the cooling cycle. The brick structure on both sides of the ash picking furnace door will not have cracks caused by design or quality problems guaranteed for one year.
Refractory materials: the furnace contact area with flame has phosphoric acid a characteristic combination brick which can resist rapid cooling and rapid heat, and the arched roof incorporates high aluminum molding brick.
The furnace body is surrounded by aluminum silicate wool with good heat insulation and heat preservation performance; the thickness is 180 mm.
All operating systems of the equipment have three sets of operation functions, namely automatic, semi-automatic and manual; operator can switch between them without interference. Automatic control, telecommunication operation and animation display keep the operator away from the cremation site and protect the operator. At the same time equipped with a standby operating system.
Low noise motor equipment, thermocouple resistance to high temperature. All electrical cabinets of the equipment are external.
The oil supply system incorporates automatic control and manual control, and incorporates oil protection technology, which can effectively prevent fuel oil from running, bubbling, leaking and causing furnace explosion accidents including anti-leakage technology to better protect the personal safety of operators.
The blower, the induced draft fan, the furnace door motor, the body cart motor, the preparatory door motor and the flue gate motor are all installed with an integrated device for over-current and short-circuit protection.

Material Specification
Refractory material: the refractory material of the hearth is a well-known top brand. The top cover of the hearth is made of prefabricated high-alumina refractory bricks. The hearth is made of new high-strength anti-erosion aluminum carbonized silicon composite material, which ensures that the temperature in the hearth rises quickly and shortens the cremation time and lowers the fuel consumption. The refractory bricks and refractory cement for the furnace body are all made of high-quality material with high compressive strength, fast heat absorption, good thermal insulation, corrosion resistance, high stability, wear resistance and long service life. After a long period of high working temperature, it will not loosen and fall off; the temperature resistance is up to 1400 degrees.
Insulation material: high-quality aluminum silicate fiber felt board, calcium silicate board, and diatomite thermal insulation brick used with high quality thermal conductivity, so keeping the surface temperature of the furnace body about 20 °C. Good thermal insulation performance, long service life; the furnace temperature only drops about 40 °C after the cremator stops working 24 hours.
Decoration materials: using 0.8-1.0 mm high-quality stainless steel plate with high corrosion resistance, convenient disassembly and assembly, convenient maintenance, and no deformation.
Trestle: using high quality profiles and sheets, durable and no deformation.
Main combustion chamber: after entering the main combustion chamber, the corpses are automatically ignited by the burner for incineration.

System Specifications
Preparation door system: door control system is automatically controlled by a computer equipped with an LED display to ensure the operation of the two sets of operating systems in the front and back areas. Equipped with a high-grade color LCD touch screen for easy operation, using a micro motor to drive the reducer by hydraulic control; the preparation door opens and closes automatically. The exterior decoration is made of high-quality special-grade stainless steel plate, which is elegant and sound-proof and noise-reducing.
Cooling chamber: the ashes need to be entered into cooling chamber after incineration. The cooling chamber uses a fan to cool down the ashes. When the temperature is lower than the ash picking temperature, an alarm rings automatically to inform the operator and shortens the waiting time.
