Frequently Asked Questions
Differences between HH2000 and HH3000: HH3000 models include a cooling chamber so ash is not hot when picked (cooled), while HH2000 has no cooling chamber so ash can only be cooled naturally. Ash from HH3000 models is automatically picked, while from HH2000 it must be picked manually.
Differences between single load and double load of HH3000: The single load has one loading counter; after one cremation, it waits 15 minutes for cooling and ash pickup before the next service. The double load has two loading counters, allowing one counter to prepare while the other is burning, and can burn while the latter is cooling, cutting waiting time by almost 30 minutes.
