Bale Opener
One of several comprising the opening and blending machines in the system for the complete nonwoven process.
Variety of raw materials can be placed on the entry conveyor for manual feeding.
Raw materials are mixed and opened by the stripper roller and main roller, then discharged onto conveyor evenly.
Proportional weights are allotted by the PLC and the monitoring of the weighing control unit is of the highest accuracy.
Working width: 1400 mm.

Oblique lattice: aluminum spiked lattice with pins.
Frame is made of Q235-A steel plate by CNC laser cutting, CNC bending and modular assembly.

Photoelectric automatic control of fiber feeding, frequency control of spiked lattice, control of fiber feeding quantity.
