Description

  1. Overview
    1. Aeration room designed to hold one batch of sterilized product from one set of 25 m³ ethylene oxide sterilizer.
    2. Room size (l x w x h): 9500 x 1900 x 2500 mm (45 m³).
    3. Standards for design, manufacturing and verification: EN1422-2014, YY0503-2016, ISO11135-2014, GB18279-2015.
    4. Software validation reference standard: FDA-21CFR Part 11 and relevant FDA regulations and guidelines.
    5. All equipment, parts, purchased parts, materials and specifications comply with relevant industry and national standards.
  2. Main Structure
    1. Main structure can be built by the demander using single-layer high-strength fireproof polystyrene board not less than 75 mm thick, double-sided covering 0.5 mm, connected and fixed seamlessly.
    2. Ladder allows personnel to pass through the top floor for daily installation and maintenance.
    3. Door body incorporates the same plate as above; door frame equipped with anti-collision bars; four frames embedded with sealant strips to ensure maximum airtightness.
    4. Door head equipped with an air curtain machine; door is 1.5 m wide, double hinge doors; one set of loading and unloading doors.
    5. Two moisture-proof and explosion-proof lamps installed on the top with automatic switch.
    6. Each aeration room equipped with a working indicator light to indicate startup and shutdown.
    7. Air duct demander shall prepare by himself if the customer constructs the room by himself (recommended to use 0.6-0.8 mm thick stainless steel and 20 mm thick rubber plastic plate for external thermal insulation).
  3. Heating System
    1. Heating mode: explosion-proof electrical heater heating directly.
    2. Heating integrated fan cabinet, explosion-proof anti-corrosion fan; air volume: 3000 m³/h; aeration room equipped with one set; circulation rate in the room not less than 60 times/h to improve heat utilization rate.
    3. Each set of air cabinet installed on the roof of the aeration room and hoisted by the steel frame; insulated and sealed to adjust the air volume and wind direction.
    4. After the machine is started up, micro negative pressure is maintained in the aeration room; circulating air makes heat exchange, heat conduction and heat penetration act on the preheated items at the same time.
  4. Air Exchange System
    1. Exhaust fan installed on the roof; intermittent exhaust mode conducive to temperature rise, energy conservation and analysis.
    2. One exhaust outlet equipped with filters, connecting the exhaust fan to lead to the main air duct; main air duct used to exhaust air to outside or exhaust gas treatment device.
    3. Exhaust air turned on when loading and when picking up goods; air volume detection system set to detect the air change effect.
    4. After the machine is started up, micro negative pressure maintained in the aeration room; explosion-proof fan exhausts air; fresh air enters the room to heat the products, promoting release of ethylene oxide as soon as possible; fan exhausts it in time.
    5. Fresh air incorporates natural air supplement mode; air outlet equipped with a filter screen.
  5. Control System
    1. Aeration room equipped with two temperature sensors, providing reliable data for the control system; temperature control accurate; temperature displayed in the monitoring room.
    2. Exhaust system equipped with sensors to detect the air volume to monitor the exhaust effect in real time.
    3. Control system incorporates industrial personal computer and PLC control mode to realize fully automatic operation in the whole process.
    4. Can record and print date, time (minutes to hours), batch, product name, operator, temperature, exhaust air volume and other data, trend chart and historical curve chart for more than 5 years (refer to sterilization cabinet for software) as required.
    5. Intelligent and humanized operation interface, anti-misoperation function, batch arrival reminder function, parameter alarm function.
    6. Special electric control console, LCD display to analyze setting parameters and real-time parameters, indicating switch, emergency stop button, fault alarm.
    7. Recorded data cannot be modified; when software is updated, all data can be exported, saved and uploaded back to the system to obtain data.
    8. When software parameters are modified, they are automatically recorded in the software operating system.
  6. Performance Parameters
    1. Heating capacity: PID heating mode automatically switched to ensure heating capacity and efficiency; circulating water circuit port equipped with a valve to regulate water flow; at no load, automatic heating implemented through temperature control; temperature control can be set; takes less than 1 hour to heat from 10 °C to 45 °C.
    2. Empty tank temperature distribution: maximum minus average or average minus minimum ≤ 4 °C; if multiple rooms need to consider equivalence, temperature distribution of each room should be roughly consistent.
    3. Thermal insulation performance: polystyrene board, strong thermal insulation performance; non-thermal surface of the outer layer.
    4. Working pressure: micro negative pressure.
    5. Rate of fresh air change: 6 to 10 times/hour.
    6. Load of electricity: three phase five wire 440 V, 50 Hz, actual load not less than 45 kW.
