    1. The machine is for the opening and blending system for nonwoven process. A variety of raw materials are placed on the conveyor belt of the bale opener. The whole bale of raw materials is fed at one time, saving labor. The fiber is sent to the feed conveyor. The fibers are mixed and opened by the beater; the fibers are dropped on the conveyor belt, and then sent to the beater to mix, and then discharged onto the conveyor evenly. The beating rollers in the machine are designed to open up the fibers properly. A special pattern in the spike lattice and the aluminum pins are unique. The proportion of the weight allotment is controlled by the PLC with utmost accuracy.
