    1. Controlled by PLC (three vector motors) with man-machine interface touch screen centralized operation.
    2. Unwinding incorporates magnetic powder brake, with roll diameter calculated automatically by the PLC for automatic tension control.
    3. Traction control by a vector variable frequency motor drive achieves constant linear velocity control.
    4. Closing reel rewinding uses air shaft by two independent vector variable frequency motor drives, with winding tension control based on winding diameter, cut thickness, and tension settings, executed via PLC output control signals.
    5. Closing reel roller incorporates pneumatic lifting devices with pressure regulator control via size.
    6. Unwinding loading and unloading uses air shaft with reel pneumatic lifting for easy and efficient operation.
    7. Unwinding EPC error correction device assures accuracy.
