Description Overview There are different pad sizes available based on product end-use. Optional customized shapes are possible provided they adhere to the mechanical limitations of the machine. The maximum dimensions are 200 x 150 mm. By special die-cuts, the machine can also produce stitched or needle-punched pads, with decoration applied along the pad hem. The line is also supplied with a calendaring unit that applies decorations over the pads by a heated embossing cylinder. The standard equipment includes a smooth cylinder (with no decoration) since the unit likewise lends tape firmness and stability before cutting. Pad Sizes Round (outer diameter): 57, 60, 65, 80 mm. Square, 15 mm radius corners: 60 x 60 mm and 75 x 75 mm. Rectangular, 15 mm radius corners: 50 x 60 mm and 90 x 110 mm. Oval-shaped: 70 x 90 mm.
