Pneumatic level control used to detect adhesive level in reservoir and provide a signal to operate the fill pump and maintain a constant level in reservoir (+/- 1/8").
Control utilizes an aluminum tube inserted into the reservoir at the desired fill level of the adhesive.
Control detects the level pneumatically and incorporates a high level failsafe feature to ensure against overfilling of the reservoir.
Control also includes a timing relay to cancel out intermittent or false trigger signals and can be used to allow a greater drop in level until refilling occurs.
Output of the level controller can be configured to generate a voltage output to operate a solenoid, or a dry isolated contact output to interface to a pump control circuit.
