Enwa, MT-50T, Unused, 50 m3/24h Capacity, Reverse Osmosis Watermaker

Description

  1. Overview
    1. Watermaker produces drinking water from sea water based upon the reverse osmosis membrane technique.
    2. Capacity is 50 m³/24h from seawater at 25 °C.
    3. Quality of the drinking water is continuously monitored by a salinity meter.
    4. Design is ideal for simple service and maintenance.
  2. Suitable For
    1. Drilling platforms.
    2. Offshore rigs and accommodation platforms.
    3. Commercial vessels.
    4. Military vessels.
    5. Resorts, hotels and communities.
    6. Golf courses.
  3. Standard Equipment
    1. High pressure plunger pump.
    2. Continuous control of the outgoing water quality via a salinity meter and a dumping valve.
    3. Automatic flush after each stop via a carbon cartridge filter (neutralizing the chlorine).
    4. Low pressure switch before the high-pressure pump.
    5. Feed water particle filter (5 micron).
    6. Feed water pressure gauge.
    7. Safety valves.
    8. Flow meter for production flow.
    9. All electrical equipment minimum IP54.
    10. Low pressure switch on the suction side of the high-pressure pump.
    11. Level switch in water tank can be connected for start and stop.
  4. Optional Equipment
    1. CIP cleaning tank.
    2. Remote control.
    3. Re-hardening filter in stainless steel to increase pH.
    4. UV sterilizer.
    5. Dosing equipment for chlorine, anti-scalant or chlorine removal.
    6. Prefiltration sand filters.
    7. Spare parts and consumables package.
    8. Portable conductivity meter and pH meter.
  5. Additional Components
    1. Sandfilter with thermoplastic coated vessel and automatic back flushing.
    2. Re-hardening filter in stainless steel, AISI 316L.
