  3. Opener With Weighing Scale

  8. Metal Detector
    1. Distributes fiber from main opener to each collector cabinet in turn in controlled manner
    2. Electronic metal detector set up on duct pipe from opener to card feeder
    3. Detects metal particles in flow of fiber and removes them automatically and correctly
    4. Impurities such as iron wires, screws, gaskets, steel buckles are easy to mix inside fiber; detection head senses them and sends signal to control system, then actuator/diverter removes them
    5. Actuator/diverter made of trash-extraction and hopper, incorporates pneumatic rolled plate valve with fast reaction and small air pressure loss
