  1. Overview
    1. Operating oil depot commissioned in December 2008.
    2. Total land area of 8.1693 hectares.
    3. Constructed in accordance with new requirements for industrial and environmental safety.
    4. Modern production facility utilizing advanced technologies for transfer and storage of petroleum products while ensuring safety measures.
  2. Main Facilities
    1. Storage tank park for petroleum products consists of 9 above ground vertical steel tanks (VSTs) with a total capacity of 21,000 cubic meters.
    2. 3 VSTs with a capacity of 1,000 cubic meters each (VST-1000) and 6 VSTs with a capacity of 3,000 cubic meters each (VST-3000) for storing light petroleum products.
    3. Tanks equipped with a gas equalization system to reduce emissions into the atmosphere and connected to both truck and railway loading facilities.
    4. One VST-1000 tank equipped with fuel heating capabilities for transfer and storage of diesel fuel during cold weather.
    5. Three railway tracks with a total length of 1001.8 meters, plus a fourth railway track outside the depot's premises that is jointly used, allowing storage of 52 railcars.
    6. Simultaneous handling of up to 28 tank cars, with loading and unloading operations completed within 2 hours.
    7. Tank cars moved using a two-way winch system without the need for a switching locomotive.
    8. Railway loading and unloading gantry for 14 rail tank cars equipped with geometric top-filling system UNZH-100AS and discharging system USN-150HL1.
    9. Pumping system for oil product transfer with pumps: TDL2237.195 with a capacity of 400 cubic meters per hour, H=32m; TDL2237.195 with a capacity of 400 cubic meters per hour, H=32m; TDL2034.170 with a capacity of 100 cubic meters per hour, H=32m; TDL2034.170 with a capacity of 100 cubic meters per hour, H=32m.
    10. A 4-post petroleum dispensing gantry for filling into tanker trucks equipped with 4 pumps of the KM-100-80-170E model, each with a capacity of 100 cubic meters per hour, along with ASN-80-02 filling equipment.
    11. All pumps used for petroleum product transfer equipped with two shaft seals.
  3. Preparatory Work for Second Phase
    1. Preparatory work carried out to accommodate and store dark petroleum products with a volume of 23,000 cubic meters.
    2. Includes earthworks, site preparation, installation of sewage and water supply systems, fire suppression system considering additional capacity of the second-phase tank park, railway tracks, and electricity supply.
    3. Foundations prepared for two oil processing units NPU-100.
    4. Foundations prepared for motor oil production, storage, and packaging.
