System of five wheels forming the cutting system, made of steel and aluminum profiles and sheets.
Designed to cut foam boards with a size of 3000 mm x 2200 mm and a height of 650 mm.
Lower right wheel is a drive wheel with a rubber tread; all wheels have a diameter of 390 mm and guide the cutting tape.
Wheels are mounted on the machine with ball bearings and the plane of rotation can be adjusted.
Lower right wheel is connected via a gear to a three-phase electric motor with a power of 3.0 kW driving the system.
Left lower wheel is mounted on both sides on linear guides connected by a frame with a pneumatic actuator, working horizontally as a belt tensioning element.
Whole arm moves forwards and backwards relative to the table; guiding elements in both axes are linear guides with multi-bearing carriages.
Drive transmitting element is a servo motor connected with gears through HTD wheels and wide HTD belts.
Cutting band rotation system relative to its axis is located above and below the table, connected to upper and lower heads through oblique gears; heads are embedded in the arm in steel bearing bodies.
Heads work synchronously in the range of +/- 275 degrees.
Stationary table made of steel profiles covered with a stainless-steel plate on which transport belts work as the x axis, with dimensions of 3000 mm x 2400 mm.

Control cabinet includes a control panel with 22 inch touch screen and an electrical switchboard inside the machine.
Control panel includes: 22 inch touch screen, control-start buttons, emergency stop button, tape start/stop buttons, and reset switch.
Electrical switchboard includes: main switch for the entire machine, residual current circuit breaker, frequency converter, thermal protections, fuse kits, contactor kits, transformer, capacitor, digital controller with memory, axis digital drives, fan plus filter, and thermostat.
