Machine Description
The automatic slitting and cutting machine incorporates ultrasonic systems to slit the entire roll of fabric, at the same time, ultrasonic across cutting is carried out according to the required length of the fabric.
The cutting tools can be adjusted according to the width and length of the slitting size.
Straight or patterned cutting edges can be selected by replacing different cutters.
This machine enables the fabric after slitting automatic edge sealing, non-scattering, non-coking, non-yellowing, and non-hardening advantages.
Overcomes the shortcomings of equipments such as laser cutting machines and hot knife cutting.
PLC control to realize the whole processes automatic completing, save labor cost.
Automatic roll material feeding, fast and accurate cutting, the width and length can be adjusted according to requirements.
