  1. Overview
    1. Waste tire recycling production line designed for fully automatic separation of rubber, steel wire, and fiber materials from car tires, truck tires, and OTR tires.
    2. Operates at room temperature without chemical additives, ensuring no secondary pollution to the environment.
    3. Output ranges from 500 kg/hour to 3000 kg/hour depending on configuration, suitable for small and medium-sized tire recycling projects.
    4. Incorporates a normal temperature crushing method for resource recycling and secondary application.
    5. Capable of tire crushing, steel wire separation, fiber separation, and tire powder making in one pass.

  2. Main Equipment and Functions
    1. Wire drawing machine – draws thick wire from tires.

    5. Steel wire separator – crushes tire fragments to 15-20mm particles to separate rubber from steel wire.
    6. Magnetic separator – separates steel wires from rubber.
    7. Conveyor belts – conveying rubber granules.
    8. Crusher – further pulverizes rubber particles to 1-4mm, separating rubber from fiber and removing some fibers.
    9. Vibrating sieve – sorts rubber granules by particle size and removes some fibers.
    10. Fiber separation system – separates residual fibers.
    11. Magnetic separator – removes possible remaining fine wires.
    12. Bagging system.
    13. Central dust collector – collects dust and fibers from the production line.
