The cutting machine is a kind of mechanical equipment that divides wide-width non-woven fabric, paper, mica tape or film into multiple narrow-width materials. It is commonly used in paper making machinery, wire and cable mica tape and printing and packaging machinery.
The slitting machine is mainly used for slitting non-woven fabric, mica tape, paper, insulation material and film, especially suitable for slitting narrow bands (non-woven fabric, insulation material, mica tape, film, etc.).

Main Parameters:
Non-woven fabric slitting machine is mainly used for cutting or slitting non-woven fabrics and other wide webs. The inner diameter of the paper tube is 76 mm the outer diameter of non-woven fabric is 1000 mm maximum, and the width is 1600 mm maximum. Standard Configuration
Unwind Section:
1. Automatic deviation correction and unwinding mechanism, equipped with constant tension system.
2. The mechanical unwinding rack unwinds, the electromagnetic brake controls the tension, and there is no deviation correction.
Unwinding tension control: unwinding tension is controlled by magnetic powder brake, which can be adjusted manually
Slitting Section from Non-Woven Slitting Machine:
1. The round knife cuts accurately.
2. Equipped with a roller-type meter counter, which is convenient for calculating the winding length of the final product.

Maintenance:
1. The water accumulated in the air filter should be discharged from time to time before overflowing.
2. Every month after the machine is used, the sliding part should be wiped clean and recoated with high-quality lubricating grease.
3. It is strictly forbidden to use various fluxes when cleaning the side plate and surface of the welding machine. Use neutral detergent and wipe gently.
4. The compressed air should be blown away with dry compressed air every six months.
