The machine is composed of motor, hydraulic system, drag hook, pull mouth, body, etc.
The motor drives the hydraulic system and hydraulic cylinder; the drag hook is connected to the pull rod of the oil cylinder.
The action of the oil pump and oil cylinder makes the drag hook reciprocate.
Place the tire on the pull mouth, stretch the pull hook to the pull mouth, hook the steel wire of the inner ring of the tire and press the start button.
Due to the pulling force of the hydraulic cylinder, the rubber is torn on the sidewall and the wire is pulled out of the tire sides due to the effect of the pull mouth, achieving smooth separation.
Instructions For Use
When using the machine, please add hydraulic oil first; the oil tank should be filled up to two-thirds of the oil tank for the best working condition.
When using this machine to pull the steel wire of the inner ring of the tire, remember to pull it forcibly.
When the upper part of the tire is concave during the pulling process, the oil cylinder should be moved back, and the tire is pulled when it returns to the normal state.
