Compound Device
Includes upper and lower conveyor belt, heating device, cooling device, conveyor belt gap adjustment device, and pressure roller constant pressure device.
Conveying Flat Belt
Anti-static Teflon belt.
Periphery of flat belt is pulled by tension spring; power driven by chain.
Flat belt is synchronously driven by motor through active and passive rubber rollers and chain.
Heating Device
Upper and lower special heating plates used for distributed heating to evenly heat Teflon flat belt.
Ensures balance of left and right temperature differences.
Upper and lower heating plates are independently controlled and displayed by nine groups of temperature controllers.
Ensures heating temperature.
Cooling Device
Aluminum plate symmetrically distributed from top to bottom; flat strip evenly cooled.
Aluminum plate fed with cooling water and circulated through cooling unit to ensure cooling temperature.
Ensures uniform cooling and no deformation.
Flat Belt Gap Adjustment Device
Elevators on both sides controlled by motor; encoder measures and feeds back; gap controlled by program.
Gap Adjustment Device of Press Roll
Encoder measures and feeds back; gap controlled by program.
Pressure Roller Constant Pressure Device
Pneumatic pressure of upper and lower rollers adjustable through air cylinder, pressure sensor, and regulating valve.
Pressure can be adjusted on the touch screen.
Electrical Control System
Electrical machine control based on a Delta automation system, including PLC, control instruments, and motor controlling.
Operation controlled by touch panels or via PC.
PLC system: Delta, 1 set.
Low voltage apparatus: domestic brands, 1 set.
Main control box: 1 set.
Commissioning Material
Buyer will provide raw materials required at least 30 m for each trial run.
