Description

  5. Structure Principle
    1. Transfers pressure through two Teflon belts and integrates contact heating and cooling system.
    2. Composite materials are uniformly heated and perfectly compounded with high strength.
    3. After heating, materials are compounded together; height is adjusted via pressure roller.
    4. Materials are cooled before leaving the conveyor belt to ensure composite strength.
  6. Compound Device
    1. Includes upper and lower conveyor belt, heating device, cooling device, conveyor belt gap adjustment device, and pressure roller constant pressure device.
  7. Conveying Flat Belt
    1. Anti-static Teflon belt.
    2. Periphery of flat belt is pulled by tension spring; power driven by chain.
    3. Flat belt is synchronously driven by motor through active and passive rubber rollers and chain.
  8. Heating Device
