No. 1 unwinder made of square steel and channel steel plates welded.
Upper frame made of 30 mm steel plate as a whole and supported by steel pipes.
Transmission cover is 1.5 mm mild steel sheet.
Second unwinding rack installed on the upper platform.
Unwinding Unit
Unwinding incorporates hydraulic feeding and pneumatic clamps, 2 sets.
No. 1 unwinding tension incorporates 200 newton magnetic powder brake, 1 unit.
No. 2 unwinder incorporates 100 newton magnetic powder brake, 1 unit.
No. 1 unwinder tension control by manual adjustment device, 1 unit.
No. 2 unwinder tension control by automatic adjustment device, 1 unit.
No. 1 and No. 2 unwinders shafts use 3" air shafts, 4 pieces.
No. 1 and No. 2 unwinder both use EPC photo-cell web-guide, 2 units.

Rewinding Unit
Incorporates single-station winding device.

Glue melting tank made of aluminum alloy with three layers of structure; inner wall coated with anti-sticking coating.

Rubber conveying pump has high temperature resistant precision metering gear pump.
Equipped with an external precision filter.
Rubber conveying pump has variable-frequency gear reducer motor for variable-frequency speed regulation.

Coating Lamination System and Guide Rolls
Coating stand made of high-temperature resistant alloy material and subject to special heat treatment to prevent deformation; coating head heated by electric heating with good arrangement of heating tubes for uniform heating and accurate temperature control, reducing thermal deformation.
Applicator adjusting bracket incorporates an integral structure welded and processed from profiles and steel plates; main body is rigid.
Coating roller: 320 mm steel roller chrome plated, equipped with a rotary joint, 1 set.
Cooling composite roller: 400 mm steel roller chrome plated, equipped with a rotary joint, 1 set (bigger cooling cylinder possible; usually equipped with 600 mm or 800 mm if needed; after coating on substrate, only needs cooling before winding).
Compound pressing roller: silicone rubber roller, 1 unit.
Guide roller: 120 mm aluminum surface anodized.
Drive Unit
