Contour cutter is a programmed computer control cutting machine.
Suitable for making 2D or 3D cuts on foam products, EPS product, or PU foam of various densities.
Can store templates.
Integrated design and cutting program: just design then cut.

Fast Wire Contour Cutter
Fast wire contour cutter uses abrasive wire at high speed.
At high speed the material will be cut; powder is absorbed by dust suction fan.
Computer controls the conveyor belt and cutting wire to run what you draw on the CAD.
Cutting speed can reach 10 m/min.
Mechanical tolerance is ±0.1 mm and final product tolerance is ±0.5 mm even at high speed.
High quality components: servo motors and drives for X and Y axis to keep effective power supply with high performance and speed.
High quality reduction gears to keep movement with enough power and still cut with high precision.
High quality rack and gear system for X axis movement to make the X axis move long distances with high precision.
Ball screw for Y axis movement to keep the Y axis at high precision.

Parameter settings window is humanized; can set its own processing speed, acceleration/deceleration and other operations processing conditions, so efficiency is improved greatly.
Reasonably compact mechanical structure, latest electronic inverter motor controls and precision straight linear guide.
Effective vacuum dust suction system; most of the dust will be sucked into the dust bag by power vacuum system.
