Description

  1. Overview
    1. This machine is specially designed for laminating non-woven fabrics or woven fabrics with non-woven fabrics, interlining fabrics, knitted fabrics and other carpet materials by scatter hot melt adhesive powder.
    2. Used for: automotive interiors, carpets, filter materials, clothing, shoes and hats, luggage and other industries.
    3. Speed is 15 to 35 meters per minute depending on the weight added.
  2. Functional Features
    1. Width of the powder need to be within 2300 mm.
    2. Designed linear speed is 2-25 m/min, can adjust the speed according to the actual thickness and fusing point of the cloth, fusing point of the glue powder and the weight of adhesive powder.
  3. Work Process
